Course Overview
In a world that is increasingly becoming interconnected economically with the growth of transnational corporations, there has never been a more important time for people to possess knowledge of International Commercial Law. This LLM programme will take you through some key areas of international corporate law from Corporate Crime to Intellectual Property Rights. You will have a look at the EU corporate regulatory regime and gain an understanding of what it takes for a business to operate in ‘the world’s largest trading block’ as characterised by the European Commission. Law graduates and professionals would be able to benefit from developing an understanding and skill-set that will enable them to address the ongoing issues caused by economic globalisation.
